3.       Regular selection process

The regular selection process entails placing a job advertisement in the newspaper, soliciting applications from candidates, administering written examinations, displaying written examination results, calling eligible candidates for personal interviews, and finally displaying the final selected candidates.

This method is commonly used in government positions. The importance of the examination results is mentioned first, followed by the personal interview. As a result, thorough knowledge of written examinations is critical in this situation. The written examination is again based on job-related technical questions, analytical skills, and English knowledge.
